The farmer in our story would like to grow some vegetables but he just doesn’t know where to start! We are going to find out all about vegetables and how they grow so that we can help him. This week we looked at the question ‘What is a vegetable?’

We talked about the vegetables that we already knew and then we looked at different vegetables including a turnip, just like the one from our story! We used our senses to explore the vegetables and we were very good at talking about how they were different and which ones we liked/disliked. Well done everyone!
